Peran Pengurus Majelis Taklim Al Hidayah terhadap Peningkatan Sumber Daya Waniita di Kelurahan Mamminasae Kec. Paleteang Kab. Pinrang

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the role of the Al Hidayah Majelis Taklim administrators in enhancing women’s human resources in Mamminasae Village, Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with field research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed descriptively and analytically. The findings indicate that the Al Hidayah Majelis Taklim plays a significant role as a non-formal Islamic educational institution in guiding, nurturing, and empowering women through religious studies, training, and moral development activities. These programs not only improve women’s understanding of Islamic teachings but also strengthen their social and moral competence, fostering independence and active participation in community development. Therefore, the Al Hidayah Majelis Taklim serves as a strategic institution for the empowerment and quality improvement of Muslim women at the local level.
