Islam is a religion that prioritizes the well-being of its followers in all aspects of life, including the practice of congregational prayer. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in fostering the habit of praying in congregation and the outcomes of such habituation at MTs DDI Pacongan. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The findings indicate that teachers and supervisors play an active role in guiding and monitoring students to consistently perform congregational prayers at school. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers remain actively involved in encouraging, supervising, and participating in congregational prayers with the students.
