PENINGKATAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKULIKULER KEAGAMAAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 PINRANG

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to examine how religious extracurricular activities can enhance students’ spiritual intelligence at SMK Negeri 2 Pinrang, as well as to evaluate the extent to which these activities play a role and are effective in shaping students' character, religious values, and positive behavior in daily life. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of extracurricular programs that support continuous spiritual development within the school environment.

The research method used in this research is qualitative and data collection in this research uses observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study indicate that religious extracurricular activities have a significant positive impact on enhancing students' spiritual intelligence. Students have become more diligent in performing religious practices, such as congregational prayers and reading the Qur'an. They also demonstrate more polite and religious behavior, and are able to apply religious values, which are reflected in their sincerity, honesty, focus, and respect for teachers.
