The objectives of this study are to examine the implementation of multicultural values at SMAN 9 Pinrang, to identify the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers in instilling multicultural values, and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by these teachers in the process. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with several respondents. The findings reveal that the implementation of multicultural values at SMAN 9 Pinrang is carried out systematically through planning, execution, and continuous evaluation by integrating the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and inclusive social interactions. This effort encompasses three main aspects: affective, through fostering tolerance and teacher role models; cognitive, through integrating multicultural values into learning; and psychomotor, through student participation in cultural, organizational, and social activities. Supported by inclusive school policies and the active roles of both teachers and students, these strategies have successfully created a harmonious school environment that respects diversity, although challenges remain, such as limited student understanding, social environmental influences, restricted learning time, and the lack of adequate learning resources.
